Episcocare works on develop the knowledge, skill, capabilities, and attitudes of the management and administration levels through organizing capacity development programs on management and administration skills and attitudes.
Technical staff
That targets employees and coordinators in order to be more competent to follow their specialized work duties such as education and development coordinators and the finance department staff.
Teachers
Nursery teachers and El Manara school teachers, as mentioned above, obtaining specialized trainings that focuses on working with children and planning and monitoring the educational process.
Volunteers
The community development centers working with young people from the local communities who have the potentiality of participating in the implementation of the centers activities.
